Food safety and product integrity are paramount, and to meet industry regulations there is a high standard to achieve. To comply with regulations and with HACCP plans you must test at multiple control points to ensure a safe, quality product that will reach or exceed expectations for aesthetic, shelf-life, and most importantly, integrity.

Meters for pH Analysis

Hanna food quality pH meters are rugged and portable with the performance and features of a benchtop. Five models are available in this series to measure food, milk, meat, yogurt and cheese. Each model is supplied with an application specific probe and cleaning solutions. These waterproof meters comply to IP67 standards and can be easily operated with one hand.

For scientists and professionals who require accurate laboratory grade results in the field, on the production floor, or in the lab, Hanna ‘s 98 Series meters are rugged, waterproof handhelds that deliver accurate results. Unlike testers or bench-tops, the 98 Series offers high performance with a probe designed for your application.

Benefits

All-inclusive: Hanna’s 98 Series of meters includes everything you need for field and lab testing in a custom-molded carrying kit. This includes buffers,

are built to withstand dust and debris.

Confidence in your data: Hanna’s CAL Check™ electrode diagnostics system alerts you to potential calibration problems so that you know your results are trustworthy every time.
