All instruments have to be shipped pre-paid. Instruments can exceptionally be shipped directly from your customer to us (RUSH) as long as the RGA number is clearly identified on the box and RAF (Repair Authorization Form) is previously sent to us. Remember : from December 1st to March 31st, many goods have to be shipped heated services to avoid breakage due to liquid expansion when freezing. Consult this list of cold sensitive products prior to shipping. Goods have to be shipped to the following address :

All instruments must be accompanied with the following 2 documents :
  1. Repair Authorization Form completed and signed by you, the dealer
  2. Proof of purchase (end user’s) in case of warranty repair
